Kev will be with us at Deep Creek as Locum Vicar from Sunday May the 31st.
Kev retired two years ago after 20 years leading Ormond Anglican and 34 years of Ordained Ministry in Melbourne and Bendigo. Married to Rosanne, retirement has given Kev more time to enjoy friends, learning to sail, cycling and bush walking.
Kev’s ministry has focussed on the encouraging and raising up of people for ministry. He is servant hearted and likes getting involved in whatever is going on. He loves the Lord and his people and wants to see them glorifying Jesus and taking the good news of his saving love with them everywhere they go.
Kev currently serves on the board of Mentone Grammar School and as a volunteer staff member with Local Leaders International – an organisation focussed on training Christian Leaders for effective ministry in their own culture.
Kev is looking forward to being a part of Deep Creek and helping us to prepare for our next Vicar. Kev is praying that the Holy Spirit would guide and direct us as we reflect on our leadership and direction as a church.
